Terms and Condition.Terms and condition can be applicable on you to use Toyoos service and website. By using, visiting, or browsing Toyoos website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and condition, you should not take Toyoos toy library membership. These Terms and condition are an ongoing contract between you and Toyoos and apply to your Toyoos toy library membership.Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Toyoos reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at its own discretion, without prior notice.
The Rental Service
The Toyoos toy library is both an online service as well as a walk-in Toyoos store providing its customers with access to a wide and comprehensive range of stimulating and unique toys for kids, from new-borns – 12 years old. Our toys are focused on promoting fine and gross motor, sensory, cognitive and emotional development.
Note that “the rental date” starts from the day the customer reserves the toy for collection from our store or the toy/s is/are delivered.
Our toys can be rented by customers for period mentioned in membership page.
- Before the customer decides to subscribe for our toy library membership, we expect him/her to read or have read the terms and conditions in full carefully. If you disagree with the terms and conditions, then you should not go ahead with the membership process. If you agree however, then you can do the following.
- Browse the website got to Toys on Rent page and make a selection of the membership program required.
We rent out toys as per the library membership plan. Plan and feed mentioned in Membership plan page.
Customer needs to pay two weeks rental charges at the time booking if customer wants to retain same toys for more weeks they need to pay rental in advance before week start. Failing to pay for the two days starting week 12% interest charges per day to customer.
Toyoos reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend the rental fees of toys and services from time to time without prior notice.
Toyoos takes refundable membership fee from every customer for all current and future rental transactions. The deposit fee will be refunded if or when the customer ceases our membership. This deposit will be refunded in similar mode customer paid during Membership registration. If we fail to pay same mode, then money can be refunded in other available mode.
Delivery and Return of Rented Toys
Delivery and return of toys is done by our dedicated team of delivery men. We reserve the right to process orders, allocate toys and schedule deliveries and pickups to and from our customers in any manner that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, determine. In addition, we will, in our sole and absolute discretion, determine the quantity of Toys we purchase of any brand or type. Because of the operational practices described in this section, we may have to offer the customer an alternative toy to the one requested.
All balances or full rental mounts owed to the Toyoos will be paid in Toyoos store or online in Toyoos website or AAP. Please note that the delivery team does not give refunds for the refundable deposit; Toyoos administrative team deal with this.
Cleaning of Toys
The Toyoos takes the health and safety of your children very seriously. As such, we use 100% all-natural antibacterial cleaning products to clean the toys.
All rental renewals will be done via email or in person, if by email, you are required to quote your invoice number. In the event that you have lost or forgotten your invoice number, you are required to provide the correct name used on the previous rental. You will then receive a new invoice with details of how to make payment.
You may cancel your reservation or rental at any time, but before you do, note the following:
- If you cancel the reservation before two weeks,then you need to pay full two-week rental.
- If you cancel the reservation within 3 days of the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of Rs.200along with one-week rental applies.
- Full refunds will only will be issued to customers if the Toyoos are responsible for renting out defective toys. Customers are required to check and confirm that the toys they are receiving are in good working order before they take them away or in the case of delivered items, before the delivery crew leave.
- Toys must be returned in full – with all accessories intact for a refund to be affected.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR GIVE CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-RENTALS OR FOR TOY ITEMS NOT USED OR PLAYED WITH.
By taking Toyoos library membership, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to charge you for the rental and rental extensions. Additional charges you may incur will be in connection with damaged toys, toys that are returned very dirty, purchase of new or used toys and any service level changes you request. Customers can use one of the following methods to make payment for rentals:
- In our website through Payment gateway.
- Come to the Library and pay by cash, debit and credit cards.
You are required to let us know once you have made the payment so that we can check and confirm, your payment transaction needs to be easily identifiable for quick processing.
Payments charged for damaged toys are required to be settled within 14 days from the date of the invoice; late payments will incur a 12% interest charge per day.
Do not take delivery if a toy is broken or non-functional (Battery operated and motorised toys only). Contact us immediately for a replacement toy or refund. If you accept product and inform us later that toy you received is broken or non-functional, we will assume the toy was/were damaged by the customer, and a charge for the full retail value replacement will be issued.
For self-collecting customers, every toy will be checked in your presence before it’s rented, if it is returned damaged, the customer will be charged the full retail value.
All inflatable toys delivered by our delivery crew will be inflated for the customer in their presence. Once our delivery crew leave, any damage that occurs after, the customer will be responsible and charged the full retail value.
Lost or missing Toys
If a toy is lost or stolen while in the care of the customer, the customer will be charged the full retail value for the replacement of the toy.
Returning Rented Toys
All toys are booked for certain period. If customer does not extend lease period before current lease ends and not pay extended period fee in advance. Note that the overdue charge is per day and it starts the date after the due date. The overdue charge is set by Toyoos management, not the customer so if in doubt, contact Toyoos management and provide your membership detials and we will give you the amount.
All toys that are returned must be checked by the administrative staff for any damage or level of dirt. Please be prepared to wait when you return the toys as this takes time. For those customers returning inflatables, you have two options:
- Leave the inflatable for administrative staff to blow it up later and late you know by email regarding any damaged, thus receive your refunds after one week or
- Stay around for at least 2 hours after the toy has be inflated so that it can be certified okay and you receive your refund on the spot.
All toys rented out in bags, containers, boxes or wrappings, should be returned in their respective containers. If a toy/s is/are returned without the respective bag, container, box or wrapping, the customer will be charged for a new box, container, bag or wrapping for the toy/s; amount which will be retail value set by the company.
All toys rented out to customers are cleaned and sterilized beforehand. All toys should be returned cleaned by customers as they were received. Toys returned dirty will incur a charge as follows:
- small toys = Rs.50.00 each
- big toys = Rs.100.000 each

Toyoos Library membership, INCLUDING ALL FEATURES ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, THE website AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO Toyoos Library, THE website AND ITS CONTENTS. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of Toyoos website, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the availability of toys, delivery of any content contained on Toyoos website, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the Toyoos website, or Toyoos library membership. Standard Hold Harmless Agreement
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the customers of Toyoos jointly and severally agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toyoos and all employees therein from any claim, action, liability, loss, damage or suit, arising from the following: Any injury incurred by broken or whole toys received from The Toyoos and any corruption on any electronics used to access the Toyoos website.
Use of Information Submitted
Toyoos, is free to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, or techniques or any other material contained in any communication you may send to Toyoos (“Content”), including, without limitation, responses to questionnaires or through postings to the Toyoos website without further compensation, acknowledgement or payment to you for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving the Toyoos website or other websites. Furthermore, by posting any Content on our site, submitting Content to us, or in responding to questionnaires, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free irrevocable license and right to display, use, reproduce or modify the Content submitted in any media, software or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future. Considering operational constraints, Toyoos is unable to return any personal Toys, CDs, DVDs or other items submitted to Toyoos. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to be careful in returning items to us. By becoming Toyoos customer, the customer grants Toyoos sole ownership of any correspondence between the parties for Toyoos use at its sole discretion.
Your Conduct on Toyoos WebSite
By accessing Toyoos Web site, you agree to use the Toyoos Services, including all features associated therewith, the Website and its content in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with Toyoos Web site. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to Toyoos Web site or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Toyoos Web site. Toyoos sells (New & Used) toys that are part of the rental program. Rental customers receive 10% discounts on used toy purchases, no limit. To purchase, send us an email or visit our store. Please note that no toy will be sold without the full amount being paid in advance. Toys can also have delivered in your address.

Toyoos web sites has some hyperlinks and banners to other Web sites that are not controlled by, or affiliated with, Toyoos. In addition, other Web sites may link to Toyoos Web site. Toyoos has not reviewed these Web sites and is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these Web sites. Toyoos Web site contains links to sites operated by third parties whose policies regarding the handling of personal information may differ from ours. While we endeavor to associate with reputable sites, Toyoos cannot be responsible for the information handling practices of these other sites.
Toy Care Policy
Treating our toys gently and keeping them in the best possible shape is an essential part ofToyoos Library Program. Customers must adhere to the following Toy Care Policies:
- Unless a toy is a water toy, Toyoos toys are not for use in-water
- Unless a toy is a high-chair toy, please do not allow your children to handle the toys with food.
- Customers are required to wipe down any toys with visible debris ie. food, dirt, etc. before returning the toys back to Toyoos Library. Toyoos is committed to cleaning and fully sanitizing each toy before it is rented. Any toy that is returned heavily soiled ie. smeared with food, ketchup, etc. or corroded with sand or dirt may result in an additional cleaning fee of Rs.50 per toys – small size and Rs.100 per toy – big. If Toyoos staff are unable to get any toy returned by a customer clean enough to remain in the rental program, the customer will be charge for the full retail value replacement.
Amendments to This Policy
As we update and expand our services, we will from time to time make changes to this policy without prior notice. You should therefore check the policy regularly for any updates that will have been made. Like our Terms and Conditions, of which this policy is a part, your use of Toyoos Web site or continued use of our service means that you agree to be bound by such changes.
Toyoos does not have any return or replacement policy. However, we can give you privilege to check the toy is functional (If motorised toy) and in good condition at the time of delivery. Only accept toys if it is functional (except not motorised toy) and undamaged.
